Okay geeks here it is:
There are four F4 fighter jets. Each can carry 1000 liters of fuel. The fuel consumption is 1L per kilometer. There's a target 1000km away. F4 fighter jets have a nice capability where they can refuel in mid-air (between jets). You only have 4000L of fuel between the four jets. You do not have to utilize all four jets and they do not have to take off at the same time.
