So my phone rings, and the call starts out with "I don't think you'll be able to help me..." HATE THAT. Seriously, fine if you're unsure of what option to chose. But say something like "I am unsure of which menu option to choose, can you help me?" if you are just going to press a random number. GR.
Anyway, this person (to be known as Business A) goes into a spiel about how they are trying to contact someone (tbka Business B) for more information on a claim they have submitted. Then asks me how to contact them. Hell if I know. I mean, with privacy laws and the such with HIPAA it may not have even been legal for me to give them the information if I had been able to find it. Probably not the best response, but when they kept pushing I suggested yellowpages.com. They hung up on me.
