What Age Do You Act? Damn, I always knew I was older than I should be!
Anyway, we have BARELY started to unpack. It's a freaking disaster in here. I'm missing a couch leg. I put all of them in one specific spot instead of one, so it's in some random box somewhere. Oh joy. I was going to do some major unpacking yesterday, but I got stuck at work until 7. Doing something that had to be done by the end of the day, that I was told about around 10am yesterday, that was known about for almost a week! Comeon, think people! Grrrr...
I'm making tacos tonight for everyone. I haven't made them in awhile. I have to compromise and make it with ground chicken. I don't eat beef, and Phil doesn't like chicken. But the ground chicken absorbs all the flavor of the spices, and he likes it just fine. I might some day attempt it with tofu... of course I couldn't tell Phil it was tofu. Well, I wouldn't really ever make tofu tacos. Oh well, he has already agreed to eat healthy when we have kids so they will eat healthy and not pull the "But daddy doesn't eat his vegetables!".
The worst thing ever, I can't find food network on my parent's TV. I got addicted to that over the last month or so. I love Semi-Homemade cooking. And that Southern Lady, I can't think of the name of her show, but it's just all southern food, and it all looks so good! She made mashed potatoes this weekend that I just wanted to inhale through the TV. Oh, oooh, I found it! Yay! All is right with the world again!
I haven't played the Sims 2 in days and days, I think I'll start having withdrawal symptoms soon! I am using that as a prize for me once we are done unpacking... trying to motivate my ass! :)
