Summer is for catching up on TV - old and new
For some reason, May seems to be a big reading month for me. I read 25 books in May, but when June rolled around, my reading mojo started failing me, so instead I turned to Kdramas. I just finished Coffee Prince, so Personal Taste, here I come!
But that's not really going to occupy me for long, especially not at the rate I'm going. Therefore, A POLL!

Now that everyone else is finishing up their 30 days meme, I figured I'd start on mine. Though since I don't post often enough to finish this until 2012, I'm gonna do a few at a time and pretty much when I feel like it instead of in every entry.
Day 01 - A show that never should have been canceled
I'm not sure about "never", because I don't think there's any show strong enough to churn out episodes of quality year after year after year... But so many were cut down before their prime. I'm going to go with:
And the thing that makes me extra bitter about this cancellation is that I can't even enjoy the few episodes they managed to air. (Okay, so I could watch them, but seeing as how the picture quality is beyond bad, the aspect ratio is all fucked up and caps are just a laughable concept, I'd rather not.) They have got to release a DVD set soon or I'm going to explode!
Day 02 - A show you wish more people were watching
I haven't been following the upfronts, but I'm going to take a wild stab here and guess that I'm already too late with my first choice:

The third season is filming right now as I understand it! I found the first season to be pretty good and I loved Erica from the start. The second season was AMAZING and I got myself a 'ship, even! And if more people watched the show, I might even get some 'shippy fic out of it! (My favorite scenario is a Time Traveler's Wife sort of thing, except without the sucky ending. Which I will never stop harping about, because it retroactively ruined the entire book for me. UGH!)
Day 03 - Your favorite new show (aired this TV season)
This one is easy!
There isn't a character that I don't love, and even though the finale left me a little worried about the direction next year, season 1 was about as solid as they come.
Day 04 - Your favorite show ever
While I'm not as fannish about it as most other shows, this is the one that I feel doesn't let me down, and I can rewatch it ENDLESSLY.
Yes, there was the Charlize Theron misstep in early season 3, but even that is somewhat mitigated by how the arc plays out, and the rest of season 3 has some of the best episodes of the show ever!
