I totally meant to do these countdown fashion, but I forgot in my last post.
Top Five DVD Sets I Own But Have Never Watched
5. CSI: NY season 2
I just watched season 1 and promptly bought season 2, and I meant to watch it right away, I really did, but then I bought Brothers & Sisters season 1 and just...started watching that instead. Go figure.
4. Bleak House
I bought this when I was gobbling up period dramas like they were going out of style, but then I sort of just stopped and never got to this. But it's got Gillian Anderson! Being all snooty and elegant and - I assume - awesome! I really have to watch this soon.
3. The Mighty Boosh seasons 1-2
evemac talks about this show pretty much exclusively these days and I wanted to see what all the fuss was about.
2. Touching Evil UK seasons 1-3
I've been told it's good. I've been told it's even better than the US version. But every time I contemplate watching a Touching Evil where Jeffrey Donovan isn't Creegan, my soul kind of curls up in the corner and wails for a half-hour. And then another half-hour when it remembers that the US version STILL doesn't have a DVD release. Not fair!
1. Deadwood season 1
I should really just watch this show already.
DVD sets not eligible because I've watched the first episode - and the first episode only - on it: Carnivále season 1, Profit season 1, Flight of the Conchords season 1, Oz season 1...
Top Five VM Caps
This top five was really cruel. Too cruel, in fact, and after not being able to get so many of my favorites into the top five, I decided to do "satellite" top fives so I wouldn't feel so wretched. So without further ado...

Yeah, so two caps that weren't from season 1. And one was an honorable mention. What can I say, it was a pretty, pretty season.
Bonus Top Five: Top Five Favorite New Firefox Extensions
5.
Tagmarks. This extension makes me want to go through my thousands of bookmarks and tag them, just so I can use it. I'm still contemplating it, because, well, THOUSANDS of bookmarks.
4.
FlagTab. Okay, so there was some sort of conflict that forced me to uninstall it on my home computer, but on my work computer it's a godsend.
3.
Edit Middle. For my new darling, the address bar.
2.
Fast Dial. Quick links to your favorite sites from the about:blank page. I never thought I'd use it as much as I do, but I open blank tabs a lot, and just having all those sites Right. There. helps so much I don't know how I ever managed without it. Even though I haven't had time to play with this aspect yet, my other favorite part about this extension is that you can make your own images for each site (default display is an image of the page when it first loads).
1.
Read It Later. This extension makes me so happy I want to cry. It enables you to create a reading list of sites you want to look at, but don't have the time for right at this very minute, but you're not terribly interested in bookmarking. All my open tabs of fic have found a home! The best part? It syncs between computers! And you can access it from online! And it's so easy to add a link, just click the check mark in the address bar! (You know that clicking the star bookmarks the page, right? Um, because I didn't for several weeks after installing FF 3.0). Okay, so that was several best parts, but that's only because IT'S AWESOME!
As you can see, I keep going off on tangents, so this top five thing is going to take forever. You better get comfortable, because I'll be posting these things for a loooong time. I hope to be done by Christmas.
