Meet WB Diva and Tadpole, two of our most opinionated, devoted and yes, obsessive fans. Besides their addiction to fighting about who's hot and who's not on The WB, they have nothing in common, and that's what we like about them! We've decided to get them off of their couches and into the ring to battle it out on the question of the week. Check back soon to see what they take on next.
Jess or Dean? Who should Rory choose?

Tadpole: That all depends on what she's choosing them for. Dean is obviously "keeper" material. However, I'm from the life-is-way-too-short camp, and when you live life from that starting block, she should leap into the Jess pool immediately.

WB Diva: That is assuming that she knows how to swim. When it comes to dealing with a guy like Jess, Rory's a goldfish in a shark tank. It's cool to take a walk on the wild side once in a while, but when it comes down to it, he will only break her heart and leave her with regret. She should stay with the one guy who has never let her down.

Tadpole: Dean has never let her down because he doesn't have the slightest clue about what he really wants. Jess has blown it, but you're totally ignoring the reason. Deep down - and trust me, this boy is very deep - Jess is totally in love with Rory Gilmore. He's just too afraid to admit it.

WB Diva: Dean's only problem is that he suffers from the nice-guy syndrome. Just because he isn't tortured doesn't mean that he doesn't feel just as strongly or as deeply as your average James Dean wanna-be. He is strong enough to be the sweet, considerate, adorable boy that he is, and doesn't feel the need to hide behind dime-store brooding and obnoxious sarcasm.

Tadpole: Hello? Ever wonder why Rory's got this wild and colorful mom and best friend? It's the whole Yin and Yang thing. The whole reason Rory needs to bite the bullet and pick Jess is because she needs him. Left to her own devices, she's about as spontaneous as buttered toast. She needs to lighten up and Jess is just about the only one who can get her to drop the baggage, ditch the school uniform and live it up a little.

WB Diva: Yeah, Jess gets her to lighten up. She lightened up just enough to not only cut school, but miss her mom's graduation too. That sounds healthy. Dean would never do anything that could possibly ruin her dreams. Jess probably wouldn't hurt her on purpose, but trouble just seems to follow him. Someone like Jess is only going to get Rory off the track to Harvard and on the bus to nowhere.
