I know, I was shocked as much as you when I discovered how much tentacle!Holmes there is in the fandom but I'm illustrating the continuation a fic that I loved and, I SWEAR, it is one of the most beautiful I've ever read. I've to do an eight pages comic for the Academy and all of a sudden I feel that I'm not able to draw bodies. I mean...real bodies, able to stay still without falling XD
So here I am, copying the photos shadowcat2503 gently gave me (because my damned hard disk died taking with it all the useful stuff I had about anatomy)...thank you, lil clone :°>
The comic I've to do should be about "Turin in the futur". Since I absolutely don't want to draw mechas and space shuttles I thought I could represent a far far far away future...something like a post-apocalyptic world, where Man has gone back to his origins, to a prehistoric way of life (but some knowledge of the past still remains, so they have something more "modern" here and there)
I'm pretty sure that the first one on the left will be the narrator of the story and he's an archer. The second one on the right is a hunter, he's married and he has a son. The other two, well, I don't know yet. Maybe they're lumberjacks, since here it is pretty cold in the winter XD Their tattoos are something that clearly says which their occupation is in the society.
So, er, this was both an occasion to draw male *argh, muscular* bodies and the new OCs XD
OH LOL, seriously? ONE PIECE? Yes, since marlonob deserves a gift every now and then (and, in the meanwhile, I'm still studying anatomy, yay) :°>
