Xmas Carolling
Xmas carolling with Eusoff at Mandarin Oriental today! Omg, I just have to say oh-my-gosh. Our first performance was pretty shitty la but after that most of them were pretty damn awesome, especially the two times we performed at Melt! The audience was amayzingggg. A few actually teared haha. SHOCKWAVE!
The buffet dinner was pretty shockwave too la, i mean come on its a 168$ per head buffet dinner haha. but i think everyone just overate like crazy lol. The oysters were so freaking good!
Best part I feel was really really the last part of the night, on our way to the bus stop to get back to hall. We just all burst out singing whilst walking, and it was really just so... WOW. Then the singing on the bus too haha.
Trying so hard to make it for carolling and choir practices have been tiring, but experiences like that really just reaffirm my conviction and gladness in choosing to try new things all the time! Hall is tiring, but sometimes very unexpectedly rewarding =) Like practices and trainings from 9am to 9pm are tiring, but walking along corridors and seeing smiling, familiar faces everywhere is just.. quite comforting. Just like that day when I went behind to get drinks with Nick, I felt like suddenly i know alot of people haha. And its not the awkward type, but the kind where we're close enough to joke and chat. Loves.
I am a total chicken though. Because I've yet to check my results lol...
