So many things happening. or not happening. Either way, things seem to have balanced out. I wouldn't say stable, but certainly on it's way. Trying to stay positive is so incredibly trying most days. Worried about certain people and myself...scared............
Music helps. Drawing helps. Writing helps. and of course the 5 basics. The sadness is what is killing me. The countdown to March 20th. The uncertainty. It all hurts so much. I feel like running most days so I try to sit as still as I can and not move, not think, nothing. Just Be.
