Insert corny title about how happy I am here
Today was really great! Gunnar, myself, Amanda, and Eric all drove up to Houston to see Avenue Q, which was PHENONMENALLY AWESOME. Like, wow. For those who don't know, it's a Broadway Musical featuring muppets who have sex and swear and sing songs such as "Everyone's a little bit racist sometimes," and "It sucks to be me." It was very well done, and even had TV screens that came down and did Sesame Street-esque lessons. The sets were amazing, and several of the puppeteers were the actual Broadway performers!
So yeah. We also ate at the Aquarium, which was a cool restaurant with a huge tank featuring a saw-nosed shark, sting rays, eels, etc., and a three story cylindrical tank in the middle of a spiral staircase. It was good, though expensive.
I was all dressed up and felt really pretty too. Then I spent the evening hanging out with Gunnar at East. It was really such a great day that it made up for all the shitty days I had last week, and then some. Yay Life!
I'm going to do my 2k words for the day, and then bed!
