Weekend
Last night I dreamed that I could turn off the gravity in my room and float around. It wasn't like in science though, because all my stuff stayed where it was supposed to. But for a good long dream, me and my cat and Tiffany were floating around my room. It was really fun. My poor cat was so confused, she kept trying to walk along the walls but couldn't really cling to them and just bounced off.
Across the Universe was really good. We had a debate over whether it would be better watched while high or drunk, and since I'll be legal by the time it comes out on DVD, we might just have to try it. The songs are really well sung. At times it seemed like one long music video, and sometimes it seemed like a really excellent musical. I highly reccomend it! (To my fellow Austinites, it's actually only playing at the Regal at the Arboretum until this weekend, I think.)
Full Circle was very good too, surprisingly so! The acting and execution was absolutely excellent! And boy, the hems on those pants and the fu-man-chu were probably the best bits of costuming in the show! ;)
Those were the only good parts of my weekend, hence my previous post. I don't want to write about the rest, because I'll probably start crying.
