SPORE Creature Creator <3 <3 <3
So Spore is the game I've been anticipating forever. I spooged just from hearing that a release date was set. What I didn't know (until yesterday) was that they were planning on releasing a full version of their Creature Creator almost 3 months early. And since the WHOLE reason I want to play Spore is for the creature creation aspect. I got the leaked version yesterday, and I plan to buy the full version tomorrow. I've done almost nothing BUT play with this thing since I StumbledUpon it.
The UI on this thing is just so incredible. Almost everything is completely intuitive, and I only needed to check the help file for one specific thing. This UI is so good that it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to make a creature that looks bad. Sure, you can make dumb or silly or just plain retarded creatures, but nothing really BAD. I've been browsing the creatures people have shared and have only found one our two crappy ones, out of thousands. The incredible designs far exceed the bad ones. I suggest everyone give the trial version a shot just to play around with. It's so fun, especially if you love creating creatures.
I just have the trial version so far, but you can do so much with it. You can even make animated avatars, take screen shots, and record videos (which then you can upload directly to YouTube from the Spore UI). And you can share your creatures and download other peoples'. I know I sound like an ad but its so fantastic and exceeded all my expectations. The animations for these things is just incredible.

Now there's no actual flight (or even wings in the trial version), I just made him with what was available. His name is Polly. Feel free to feed him.
This guy was experimental. I really like how he turned out though. Yes he is a tree, and his legs are his roots (he's sitting down right now, but he has 4 legs). His name is Teetrea.
And finally, this one's name is Fleat. She's one of my very favorites, even though she was like my second creation.
