Bones had the feeding tube removed today. He's been eating on his own, tiny bits of dry food at a time and licking all the moisture from canned food. Looks like we can wait on any tests that need to be done until after the new year. I think he's getting used to laying in bed and having people hovering over him and hand feeding him. Things seem to be going much better, he's developed a leakage problem which is pretty disgusting but the vets don't seem to think its anything more than irritation from getting shaved. It does make holding him to get his meds down a real joy.
