A thank you letter to Senator Joe Biden
Senator Biden,
This letter is a sincere thank you, from the bottom of my Republican heart, for your performance tonight at the Vice Presidential debate. Your stunning performance has made me hear chants of 'change...hope...we can believe in,' and for, if even the fewest of minutes, sway me to check the 'Obama-Biden' ticket come November 4th.
You scared the Teddy Roosevelt out of me with the epic amount of numbers and figures you hurled from the pulpit. You held my attention with every time you asked me to allow you to repeat yourself, and made me think that perhaps a little bit of rhetoric might just do the trick. You tugged at my heartstrings with every mention of your small town and trips to Home Depot. But you especially charmed the red, white, and blue socks off me with every wide smile and Senate worthy smirk, and every pleading look to Gwen Ifill to give you a little bit of help.
