spring workout!

three days a week running.
at least one day a week tennis (i haven't played in so long i just know i'm gonna suck....but whatevs)

dave and i gonna stick to that. and frankly, i'm pretty pumped. i alwasy get into super workout mode when summer comes (who would've thought?) cuz i go to michigan where i waterski very morning, go running, biking, or swimming and play a couple of hours of volleyball every day. every one up there is in super workout mode i guess, and it's just catching. i remember coming home last year and thinking i would get up at 5 every day and ride to grassy pond, run around it, and then come home and make the bus.hahahaha. that would be ridiculous!

at any rate, dave and i had our first swim on wednesday. and it was very nice. even though i had already jumped in and he grabbed me and threw me in again.

last day of MCAS, then two more weeks, finals, and i'm off to pittsburgh!
