I had decided on studying like a demon yesterday, I really had. Even turned down an invitation to a toga party so I could focus on metaphysics...
... so how did I end up spending the whole evening watching Me, Myself and Irene and The Brothers Grimm with Hunor, Sara and Jennifer?
The Farrelly Brothers produced amusement for the moment as always, though I must say I'm not as fond of semen and poop humor as they seem to be. The Brothers Grimm on the other hand was a delightful movie. Gilliam really managed to bring out the fairytale feeling, and both script and visuals were very good. Matt Damon was great as usual and I was captivated by Heath Ledger's portrayal of Jakob Grimm. He really settled on the perfect blend of heartwarming comedy and absorbed scholar, he even looked good (for the first time in any movie I've seen him in).
Anyway. Today I'll study my ass off. Really, I will. Promise...
