"Windmill, windmill for the land, learn forever hand in hand..."

So I recently decided that I'd go for a little romp in the world of blogs, even though past experiences have made me wary. We can blame Rachael. Mm, I like that - it's her fault.

Or I'm just starting the procrastination early. Getting a leg up.

I spent a large portion of the day in drivers ed. Which is lovely. Really, there's nothing better than watching movies about parallel parking in a 65°F classroom. Plus side = none of those crazy "this is a true story about a boy who drove drunk, got in an accident and killed everyone involved...except himself of course, he has to go to jail for 17 years" movies. Although I did get to contemplating the pros and cons of mechanical pencils. At least it was partially productive. Mike's great though - he likes to tell us story's about how he's totaled...every car he's owned. Like his Mustang - that was today's story. But he also likes to read from the drivers manual. Which is like reading to me in Arabic - a load of incomprehensible nonsense.

I will inevitably spend the rest of the day putting of reading (for some reason which is beyond my conscious knowledge - I actually really enjoy Snow Falling on Cedars) and cutting down those boxes mommy's been bothering me about. Um, mommy-dearest, since when have I been a manual labor type of girl?

Desperately missing my Costa Rica chums. Tuesday marked the two month anniversary of the beginning, and the one month anniversary of the end. Amazing really, that such a short period of time can affect me in such a way. Life will never be the same again - which is terrifying in itself.
