so i guess when you stop smoking cigarettes all the crap in your lungs and esophogus likes to come out your mouth. i can't stop coughing violently but i know it will be better soon...then i can walk up the steps at pima without gasping for air. the only problem is i seem to be replacing cigarettes with ice cream cones...
