(no subject)
I sent Hedwig out for her first flight today since we left Hogwarts. Her first stop was an OWL to Sirius, of course, describing my cool new 'manly' flat. (whatever). Sirius is all on my butt to find a girlfriend - I think some how I'm a dissapointment in the ladies area. He and my dad had girls lined up around the block and all I've had is a few girls who've come my way. I'm sure his next owl will come with questions about how much 'action' (those are his words, not mine!) I've had since I've had the flat, and yadda yadda yadda. It's almost embarrassing to know I'll have to write him back, telling him that I've been alone most of the time.
There's been very few things that have happened while I've been here. Mainly, I've caught up with the weekly telly and done a lot of hopping around muggle London. Some muggle attempted to mug me, and got a stupefy right in the face. It was pretty quick on the draw too, even though I haven't dueled in quite a while. I tied him to a tree, called Scotland Yard and took off - so there's my bit of fun today, eh?
The flat is coming along - I did retransfigure some of my furniture and had much better results with softer things. I think it's funny though that I still have not unpacked except for some clothes...and they are all on the floor (which is fucking COLD in the mornings, yikes) because I've been too dirty lazy to pick them up. I mean, I don't have anybody around to complain, so who cares? I've shopped a bit for the flat, but it's going to take a female's touch to make it look like someone actually lives here. I don't think a computer on the floor, a chair, a nightstand and a bed (oh, and don't forget the TV) really make a very decently furnished apartment. A little help, please?
I think I will send an owl to Hermione next, maybe. I'm gonna go watch some more telly, though. Later!
