People are such complex beings, especially women. Why do you suppose that is? Yesterday, in my Literature class, we read this article that depicted the whole act of sperm reaching the egg {I know, right}. Basically it said that the whole part done by the woman is assumed to be easy, because the egg just sits there waiting to be fertilized. On the other hand, the spermies have to do all that swimming/hard labor to find that one lucky spot. Then we have to go through all that gross shit like getting fat and giving birth while the men only have to deal with our raging hormones. So maybe that's why. Maybe we're all just pissed that our gender ( and our eggs ) don't get enough credit. So we end up having to fight for credit/attention, especially with each other, while males are content with being glorified by all of society. I guess I can sympathize with that, considering I am a female, but seriously. Sometimes its taken too far, especially when you're on the receiving end of an angry, jealous, emotional girl. Pretty much I look at it this way :: the people who try to tear you down hold all the characteristic you should aspire NOT to have. They're just a way to improve your life and character. It's like a never ending cycle - we are all in "competition" to improve each other. I guess that's an optimistic view of looking at it...
