HIgh again from Amsterdam
Hello all, quick update to let you know I'm still alive despite my best efforts. I've taken to playing a game called "Am I sensible enough to (or not to)..." This phrase usually finishes with something like cross traffic, bike, and public transit lines, or walk on the edge of the harbour apron... while out of it. I usually win, but it's usually pretty stupid.
The soccer has been great. An NAC and Ajax victory, another really good Ajax game, and some First Division games just for kicks.
Kanye West was fantastic. I had my doubts, not that I would be a good show, but more in myself wondering what I'm doing going to a hip hop concert. My doubts were for nothing, it was an amazing show, with a great crowd in a great city. They started with a DJ spinning alot of old school rap; the place went up when DMX came on... sort of like one of our parties...
Thinking of you all. Particularly MikeB at the show and Julia and Ellen when out shopping.
