The gig is up...perhaps...

So, I have been found out...at least partially. I wonder if Assfingers has told anyone else, or is just going to let people figure it out as he did...hmmm...

Anyway, here is
Happenstance: ***1/2 out of 5 - Largely about how very minor occurrences in one person's life can set off incredibly complicated sequences of events that greatly impact another's. I'd call Happenstance interesting, but I would not call it good...and interesting can only get you so far. It was an interesting exercise in cause and effect but it failed to involve me with any of the characters. I didn't care about a one of them, not even Audrey Tautou (I like this picture a lot, she's the female) whom I fell in love with in Amelie. It also failed to get me to watch it again...I was debating much of the weekend if I wanted to watch it again or send it back and get my next DVD from Netflix. While I definitely wanted to watch some of the threads more closely to see if they were as loosely tied together as they appeared or if there was more substance, I didn't feel like it was worth the time to do so.

In other news, last night was excellent as not only did I get a significant amount of sleep (I was in bed by 8pm), but I also was able to order the new Ween live CD. I ordered 2 because they are limited and the previous CDs have been known to go for over a $100 on Ebay...so eventually i'll sell that other one off and should make a little bit of spending money.

I also stopped at the "high end" audio video store by where I work, and was sad to see that Sony makes a couple dvd players that hold 400 dvds (here is one)...I'm jealous as mine only holds 300. However, mine still might be better as I believe it has a feature or two which is superior to the 400 disk guy.
