The time has come for my life to actually start. So far, it's been a lot of fooling about. But now serious business is pacing along. First of all, i'm 24 (which is as many as two dozens, or twelve pairs, depending on your point of view). Second of all, however tempting a last year of masters, I don't think it'll do me any good. And finally, it's possibly about time i got completely independent financially. That way, i may actually end up saving some money. Who knows. Crazy things happen when you least expect them.
Anyway, have applied to a few jobs around. Including adverts for international officers in British universities, which technically fit me perfectly (the adverts, that is); i've dealt with and been part of the body of international students in a British uni, I know for having survived them the difficulties one encounters when a stranger in and to the country, I can manage three European languages, not counting Arabic (that's how clever i am.. doh!), and i've done much project management during my year in Egypt (2004/05, for those who may have forgotten 'bout this). So yeah, i'd be over the moon if i got an offer. Also applied for various jobs in human resources, one of whihc being in Ireland with Ford. Who knows. Will see where that gets me.
