(no subject)
Ok, have been pretty much MIA of late. Between army life and trying to get a life (which is anything other than army), blogging has been quite low on my priority list of late. And it's not like anything really interesting or memorable happens in army that's worth recording anyway.
Well in two weeks I will be leaving for Taiwan for a 3 week training program inclusive of a 4-day navigation exercise and a 9-day operational exercise. And they're back to back. That's 13 days straight in the jungle with camou-cream (i.e. DEAD complexion). To make things even better, we'll be in snake territory with huge mosquitoes...and smack in the middle of the hottest season (think significantly hotter than Tekong which is hotter than Singapore).
But at least after that my course is practically over. ...and my six-pec will probably be firmly there to stay.
And in the meantime I read about people going off to Germany where they'll be staying in hotels situated in a forest and by a river (making me drool just thinking of it), and where it'll be COOL! *growl* One would think *I'd* deserve a break like that. Heh. Nonetheless to the person in question, have fun! =)
