Alex, Garret, and I are rockin' the streets of Providence this week. I had delicious coffee and Erin-flavored crepes today, and tonight we're gonna drink delicious vodkas and gins until Alex gets trashed. I also went to Spectrum India where this cute old Indian man gave me free sunglasses and told me, "my word was gold," after the sunglasses I bought the other day from him broke, while in New York.
Here is some sexiness:
All Points West was amazing! I didn't know I could come that hard when Thom sings. Sia was sooooo sexy, and Animal Collective was good...just a little too overwhelming at the time. It sucked that I didn't get to hang out with Alex and Garret during Radiohead, because we got separated when I went to see Sia, but still, the show was awesome.
Also, I recently found out that I have E.D. I think David gave it to me, but with all the men I've been sleeping with lately, it's really difficult to keep track.
Garret and I are just chillin' right now, listening to Feist, and chatting while it rains. But regardless of the weather, Providence and New York are nothing but good times and sunshine...except for Alex and Garret's constant bitching at me, and making fun of me, but Garret's always bitching, and Alex is mostly a flaming faggot, so who really cares what he thinks anyway.
Garret has been listening to Peaches' song Fuck the Pain Away pretty much the entire trip, and it's been alternating between kinda funny and really annoying. The music video is amazing though, it's set to the Andy Griffith Show, and you should definitely check it out.
In New York, we spent a lot of time in Central Park, and in the The Strand bookstore. We probably should have seen and done more while we were there, but our legs were really tired after standing up for over 10 hours straight during APW the night before, so we weren't really up for walking around much at all. I kinda wish we had gone to Strawberry Fields, and gotten tasty bagels for lunch...but it was rainy and we just didn't have enough energy. The City really is beautiful, especially at night, but I don't think I could stay there for longer than a month...it's just too overwhelming, and too self-absorbed, while Providence is much cooler, and has everything a girl needs.
Hipster out.
