Halloween Issue

For Halloween I'm planning on being a 50's pin-up girl, but with a modern touch. I need to find something I can wear that won't be too risky and won't get me kicked out of school for wearing it. I was planning on wearing a corset and heels, but not too sure about the bottom. If this doesn't work I need a new idea and can't think of anything to else to be.

Any suggestions?
