Oh, bloody hell. That was a few good weeks wasted, wasn't it? Joan and Eva dropped by last night last night and they asked me if we'd taken out the Fury, since she hadn't been about lately. I said no, we were still working on it, and Joan shrugged and said she figured it would be a piece of cake now that she no longer had the belt.
Excuse me? How did that come about?
Apparently Yuffie made a wish to some vengeance demon for demons and sent the bloody thing back to Eva's dimension. So I spent weeks looking for a way to remove it, for nothing! I'd best phone Buffy about this immediately. Joan offered to help fight her and Eva--somewhat disturbingly, although after being attacked it's perhaps understandable--wants to watch. And I think I'll have a little chat with Anya, too--why didn't she ever mention there was a vengeance demon for demons? Because that could tip the scales of good and evil in a very unpleasant way!
