Willow phoned the other day and said she was trying to organize a scooby meeting. High time, I'd say. We need to be more proactive regarding the Fury. Buffy said she and Spike had had no luck tracking her down, last time she checked in with me. We can interview her victims all we want, but that still means we are always one step behind.
In any case, we are meeting tonight at the Magic Box. I mentioned the meeting to Joan, but she said she had to work. I suppose she's pretty much told me everything she knows. And told Anya as well--we can compare notes. I ran into Anya sitting in the lobby waiting for Yuffie to come home from work yesterday evening, having already spoken to Joan. I pointed out that the pixie can teleport and it was likely that she'd never see him come in and out. She seemed somewhat put out by this; I rather think she was relishing the idea of interrogating the annoying little fellow.
I found the entire thing a bit awkward after our last encounter. She, miraculously, didn't say a word about that.
It occurred to me that Hallie, being an avenger of abused children, might know something about the Fury. I phoned her several times, but only got her answering machine. I hope she is not insulted by lack of attentiveness the last few months.
