(no subject)
I've had no word from Buffy regarding the fact that nobody in Sunnydale can sleep. However, Joan stopped by with a pixie, who I thought was Yuffie for a moment but apparently is his double from the evil pixie dimension (not that the dimension I visited wasn't evil!) and was Joan's hostage.(?) I decided I didn't need to know the details.
They wanted to know if I knew anything about the sleeplessness, and said that they were going to try to stop it. Well, bravo, at least one slayer is on the case. I suggested a few types of spells that could cause it, and that it might even be some type of demon with oh, certain pheremones that interfered with human sleep patterns. I'm not sure how much they understood; Penn started playing with the ballpoint pen I'd been taking notes with, and Joan seemed er...enthusiastic although not very coherent. She nodded and then said, "Good, kill the demon, I can do that," and ran off.
I'm starting the feel the effects myself, after three nights without sleep. I left another message for Buffy asking her to meet me at the Magic Box this evening to discuss strategy. I'll do my best to research the problem, as well as continue looking for information about Gaki's and Sahjean, but my concentration is really beginning to suffer. And I believe Eva's hallucinating, she called me "dad" this morning.
