I was correct about Destiny having had a vision earlier in the week. Happily, she believes the events depicted are not imminent. I looked up everything I could find on the missing key last evening when I got home. While Destiny's description was vague, it may well be the artifact in her vision. I found some information on a key purported to induce confusion in the Watcher's Diaries, but I was somewhat mystified as to where someone else would have found such an obscure reference.
Until I got to work today. The entire bloody mythology was in the informational materials that came with the shipment. But it was not on the public display, which leads me to suspect that someone working for the museum has taken it for some mischievous purpose.
I finally remembered to check my voicemail from the apartment in Sunnydale. Some woman named Gwen Raiden left multiple messages asking about some scrolls and someone called the Destroyer. Oh bloody hell, isn't that what was in that information that Dylan showed me about Connor?
