hope
Ok, so I made an entry last night all about how the way to go is being pessimistic. Well I thought about it more and read Julie's response, especially about having hope for Notre Dame football. This made me think that being pessimistic kinda goes against my views. One thing that always goes through my mind and I don't know if this is a famous quote or something, but it seems very right to me, if you don't have hope, you don't have anything. I think this is very true now that I think more about it. Yes, I may get hurt having too much hope, but hope is a good thing. Without hope, what do we have to live for. By saying that I don't have hope, I feel like I'm saying I don't have faith, which is definitely not true. So scratch that last post, despite that it might make perfect sense. I don't think I'm going to change because to do so would be giving up I think.
