insomnia and shower-needing.
I really need to find a steady place to stay downtown so I don't have to drive back to Liberty just to sleep. It's too cold to sleep in the car otherwise I might do that. Ha, if anyone would let me partially move into their place I'd so clean/do laundry/take trash out, basically be the live-in slave 'til I can afford to chip in for rent--and if I don't live up to my word you can give me the boot! I get a place to live, and you don't have to do as much around the house. Everyone wins! Right? haha I have no idea who I'm trying to sell this to on here. myself, maybe.
My cleaning-lady job decided to completely stop scheduling me...so other than cleaning my art teacher's house on my own time, I have not worked in almost a month. I feel like a giant pile of useless. I am going to apply for some night-stocking jobs, grocery stores, and a waitress job. I was really hoping to hear from Musician's Friend because I think that'd be a pretty swell job. it's their warehouse, 36 hours a week and around 10.50/hr starting pay. I guess I'll keep trying to call. At this point I don't care, I just need a source of income.
in other news:
*my bangs are green and I am contemplating some mohawk revival action.
*Ben Folds show Wednesday night was great, and the company was totally worth paying for two tickets.
*I successfully took apart a skateboard to salvage the trucks. I'm not sure how good their condition is but I don't think I'll be doing anything too intense to start out with so it'll work for a starter board. Now I just want to paint the deck before I build the board again.
*I found oooold artwork and got a really great laugh.
Okay, I'm super tired: shower-time and then nap-time!
