Just got back from conditioning and it was hell!!! We had 2 run around the track doing "sprint jog sprint jogs" where we wood jog a long side of the track then the turn and half a long side and at the end of that half he wood say sprint and we wood have 2 run the same distance as the jog. It sucked. and win he said sprint then jog that was only 1 and we had 2 do 10. Then i thought it was over cuz he cald us in but we stil had 50 minutes and the people who missed any days of conditioning had 2 do 10 more. and i was 1 of them.
