Well I got up late today, around 11:00am. ~shrug~ I not surprised, what with me being up late watching Kill Bill vol 1 last night with Jackie, Ash, and Colin.
Anyway I was going to meet up with Jamie and friends over at SUB, but I missed the e-mail saying that they were going to be over at Daniel's place. By the time that figured out where everyone was and got myself over there I found out that i wasn't going to be able to get out of work, so i had to scrap my plans of hanging out with them. Still John was saying that there was going to be a pirate themed party over at Suburbs, and I thought that would be interesting to check out. So I told him that i'd give him a call on his cell phone to see when he was going be there, and then i'd meet up with him after work.
Anyway I had some time to kill before work, and a fresh paycheck to burn, so I thought i'd go buy myself some new shoes, (which I did really need) and maybe a new shirt, or pair of jeans. Anyway I manged to pick up a pair of Dickies high-tops for cheap over at A&N, and also a cool, but expensive t-shirt, at Divine.
Work wasn't really anything new, with the exception that it was a bit more busy because of the shoe sale.
Anyhow I tried to give John a call after work, but I couldn't get an answer from his phone. So I thought A: he's already there, or B: he's currently somehow indisposed, and he'll be there later. So I head to Suburbs anyway. While i was there I went and said hi To Katie, and then ran into Rod and Devon, both of who I hadn't seen in a long time. Anyhow I chatted with them for a bit, but they were pretty much hanging out with they're usual group of friends, and I really didn't feel like budding in. Anyway a few games of pool, pinball, and about 4 shots later John still hadn't arrived, and It was 11:30. So I felt for sure that John wasn't going to make it for whatever reason, and decided to head home. Sadly I gave John a call when I got home and turns out he was delayed because his friend cut her foot on some glass earlier, so he wasn't able to make it out before I left :P . So yeah crappy night for me.
Anyway tomorrow. I'm getting people together to go to Suite 69, i'm going to be driving Erin, and maybe Nicole tomorrow in my car, which leaves 2 more spots if anyone who wants to come needs a ride.
