This is the course description of an honors guitar class I will be taking come Fall:
"This course aims to broaden musical horizons by exploring sonic qualities of music that are often overlooked. It will entail a combination of in-class ‘jamming’, ‘dabbling’ in other cultures’ music, and learning to operate professional-grade computer programs, in order to produce an original work in a digital format."
We have to record songs.. I've already done that on my own with crude technology, so this will be fun shit.
Working at Oakmont is cool but its gonna be depressing picking up my paycheck because I've been working a lot but for minimum wage. Overall the job is easy but ya gota deal with some stupid fuckers throughout the course of your day.. I supose any job is like that.
