I wore a rash guard over a couple of binders. Certainly made swimming more of a workout.

haha yeh doesnt sound the most comfortable! ;)

I did, however, find it to be comfortable in cold water. Normally when I dive in, I have that moment of "oh G-d it's cold!" and have a hard time catching my breath. In the binders, my chest never felt the cold, and so I could breath easier. Ironic, no?

haha totally that makes sense and warmth is important at 6am!

maybe, I'd be worried they wouldn't bind enough. But I guess that depends on how much you've got to squish.

haha yeh i want to try and find a shop that stocks them here so i can check out how thick the material is but yeh in the end personally id put comfort above how well they bind.
