I'm so tired. I ended up going to the beach [Burleigh Heads] today, instead of tomorrow. I could have sworn I heard mum saying it was Friday we were going up, but she came and woke me up at 7:30 thismorning, saying she wanted to leave in half-a-bloody-hour. Gah. I had only had 5 hours sleep. We somehow managed to get out there though, and it was a really nice day. Laura was at some lame camp thing, so we couldn't do any rampaging. But my auntie, my uncle, and mum and I went down to the beach and had a swim and stuff, had a nice lunch, that old chestnut. So it was really nice. And I got really sunburnt. It's a great kind of sunburnt though; it's red enough to turn into a pretty kick-arse tan, but not too red that it'll peel and be painful. And it's everywhere. Which is good, as I was very, very pale. My entire back is lobster red. Ha, and mum keeps laughing at me. But the joke shall be on her! I'll be lovely and brown! Well not that brown, but better than ghostly white, anywho. After lunch we went shopping, for no particular reason. And I scored big time. Mum bought me two dvds [Sliding Doors - one of my all-time favourite movies, and Great Expectations - another of my all-time favourite movies], two fricken cool bras, a top, and some SOCKS. Yahoo! My auntie bought me some shorts too, but I have to wait until Christmas to get them. And they're not super-wonderful anyway - more sort of 'hut' clothing [Chongo will understand]. Chongo is not here and I'm fucking bored. I have absolutely nothing to do tomorrow. I'll either go Christmas present shopping, or buy a bikini. And either one of those is really dull when you're by yourself. I tried it on tuesday but ended up giving in and going to the art gallery. Well that's all from me for tonight, I might go and watch some Pocahontas. Keep watching the skies. Heee, I'm such a fucking lobster. Ouuuuch.
