i am livid! how come families can send their men to protect YOUR freedoms. how come lives have been lost to protect YOUR freedoms. how come YOUR allowed to live in this country with all of YOUR freedoms and rights and YOU can't even do something so simple as say the pledge in the morning. i do not understand it. do YOU have some sort of right to not pledge to YOUR flag which represents YOUR rights and YOUR freedoms of YOUR country? i do not understand why children and adult alike feel they have some sort of right to not do so. i take it as a personal offense when i see my classmates 1st period either not standing during the pledge, not saying the pledge or both. it's ridiculous...so i'm going to do something about it. i am a girl on a mission.
