hi. i can't really help with the layout as i'm not good at all with it. but my advice is to take off that navigation strip. it might look better without it :)

and now i have two headers. O_o

i don't think it looks too bad with two headers. but i suggest you should ask the person who made you the layout (unless you made it yourself) or you can show me the code and i'll try (as much as i can) to do something with it.
