I can finally breathe...
Woohoo!! Joy to the world, got my California driver's license today! Second time taking the test, I got a very nice examiner. He was this old Indian guy who was very talkative, he kept making conversation during the test. When I blundered on my backing up (wheels hit the curb) he even gave me another chance!
But one down side--now that I have a license I can no longer drive illegally =( It was kind of fun last summer driving without a license or a permit. Well, all is good, at least I accomplished something over this long grueling 3 month holiday.
