9pm set @ the Swan Lounge, 201 Queen Victoria Street in North Freo. $6 entry, doors open at 6pm.
Line up includes Kiki, Peter Rowe, Tobi Gogilis, Atticus Finch & Jon Madd with SnK on blistering guitars.
We've only got a 40minute slot tonight, so will be definitely cramming an all killer no filler setlist. Come hear the brand new soundscape with the Loop Station pedal, & of course Skwisgar Ming shredding out solos like its 1989!
Also, here's an AWESOME collage from Madd @ MOtown last Sunday 21st Sept, photos taken by Jacqui.

Funny story, I got this picture printed out at school, & went to get it framed. The picture framing shop charged $140, & it'll be ready in about 2-3 weeks. Later in the day, I went into Crazy Clarke's in the city & found a square frame for $17. I bought it & went home to find that the $17 frame fits the picture perfectly. Great. So now I'm waiting for the other properly framed one to arrive & it better goddamn well be worth the extra hundred odd dollars... Also, I'm thinking maybe I should go buy a few more of those Crazy Clarke frames & make a few signed copies of this picture. =P
God, I just can't get enough of myself. o_O
P/S: Saturday night recap...
Last night I actually did manage to juggle the Horror Shop, Shape & Sin. Am quite impressed with my efforts. Had some quality dancing on all 3 dancefloors. The 2 piece band right before Wendy James really blew me away. One rockin frontman on an acoustic guitar, & an old man drummer playing a 4 piece kit with all his heart. Very White Stripes. I could sooo see myself with that set up. Anyway, halfway through the set, one of the strings broke on the guitar, & there was a little bit of confusion as it looked like they were gonna change strings or use another guitar, but then Wendy James started spinning, & nobody was dancing. Everyone was standing around on the dancefloor looking at the band stage & I'm like "Come on guys, Wendy James has started, & I don't even know who she is, but lets start dancing already!" So then people started treakling onto the dancefloor, & eventually it got packed & pumping, & all was good. Shape downstairs was a little bit disappointing. Hannah Holland wasn't as awesome as the Xpress write out made her out to be. Still, I gave it a shot, & I gave it my all, & I think she was pleased to see at least one person throwing his heart into the music. The rest of the crowd were kinda shimmyish. Made my way to Sin, & the highlight of the night was the remix of Prodigy's "No Good (Start the Dance)", which ironically, came on towards the end of the night. The dancefloor was pretty much all mine untl halfway through the song, when I was dying from exhaustion already anyway. =P Gotta keep up the jogging then, build up my stamina, strengthen my heart & lungs, keep fit, & keep dancing.
