Icon Tutorial #001
As requested by brokenshadow56, here it comes. An icon tutorial. My first.
We're going from this:

Using PS 7.0
Base we’re going to use was taken from
bangarang_bases
Go to Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen Edges. Then copy your base and set it to soft light, opacity 100%.
Take the sharpen tool and sharpen her eyes and lips(lips just a little bit but eyes as much as you want, but not too much! =).
Take this texture below and set it to lighten, opacity 100%(you can low the opacity, if you want).

Apply this brush (dunno who made it, if you know, tell me)
Then add any tiny text brush and...you're done!
