Well, look who it is...
Reasons why today was an excellent day:
1) Alissar called me up to go to the beach. What next ensues is a 40 minute car ride across Monmouth County to pick up Ramy's friends, with Alissar's mom performing several illegal manuvers with 8 people in the car. Much laughter about Alissar's teacher, World Refugee Day and poor driving.
2) Called Ashley and Kelly to come to the beach. They did. It was too much fun. Note: laughing in the ocean will only give you a cramp and a mouthful of water. But it was worth it.
We must plan Once-a-Week beach excersions for the CHS-ers. We talked of many things and it made me glad to know that though we are all going college, we really no more than a phone call and a car ride away.
3) Marathon of "America's Next Top Model". Oh hells yes.
4) GIANT ice cream cone from Ice Cream on 9.
5) It just was.
If today is any evidence of the future, then this summer will be splendid indeed.
