Turn off the lights and I'll glow
Yup, sitting here at work updating the journal, how deplorable. I tried embedding a YouTube video last night which didn't work, so I'm gonna try again.

Ex-colleague Sam sent me that with a "Wow I didn't know he could dance." So we were talking about the Running Man (yeah I spammed him with the Utah Saints video yesterday) and I remember reading about Leeroy's variation in Prodigy's Everybody in the Place, and at 01:46, it's so Melbourne Shuffle.
Comments for the video described it as 'rave dance,' I wonder if that's the birth of the Melbourne Shuffle. Interesting stuff.

Jogging the drizzle this morning. Hmmm ... that was suppose to read "Jogged in the drizzle this morning." Wonder what happened there. "Jogging the drizzle" sorta sounds like "tripping the light fantastic." I crack myself up.
I woke up early again. Which is weird because my alarm goes off at 6am, so for me to wake up earlier than that is quite a feat. And I've been sleeping about 11pm on average, or later if I factor in all the tossing and turning around getting to sleep, which means I've been getting less than 7hrs of sleep every night, which is not a good thing. Might have to take the melatonin + magnesium earlier tonight and see what happens. Need the rest, otherwise the early gym sessions will suffer. And my workday of course.
