You see. That's exactly my point. The "the" in your epithet is even more pretentious. Who are you to apply such grandeur to your own name. Even Richard the Lionhearted wasn't called that in his own time. One might also add that it's snobbishly decorous to even sign your name in a medium in which you are immediatly identifiable by your user name and icon. (Nick is one of the few others I know who does this--you'd stoop to his level of propriety?)
You see, if I were going to assume douche as a name, I'd rather just be called 'douchebag' instead of making it part of a post-nominal phrase.
