Let the games...begin.
The big W&H building looked like all the others. It even had the same lobby. Of course different lawyers. Jules was going to arrive later, assigning me to the recconaissance and introductions. Good ol Jules screwing me over. Well, no matter. I tucked my folder of info in my nice new jacket and went into one of the elevators. Hmm, who should I encounter first...I decided to just go to the level where all the offices were and work my way from there.
The doors opened and I stepped out. More lawyers scattered when I entered and the blonde secretary was gabbing on the phone to someone. I shook my head at her. She's supposed to be doing work. I decided to head up the stairs to the lab. Maybe introduce myself to wiz, Winifred. I headed up the stairs and towards the lab. Maybe get to be pretty good chums with science gal.
I opened the plastic door and found noone. Not her or her assistants. Ok, maybe in her office. Nope. Fine. I'll find another person.
I wandered back out and spotted her in Wesley's office. Wesley I think...head of his own department and probabally with Winifred. I smiled and turned around, whirled back and cleared my throat. I didn't mean to interrupt their nice time, I just have to get to know them. That's the way things work. And if for some reason their relationship is far from solid when I'm done with them, well...not my fault. Or at least noone can prove it is.
"Hey there." I said with the biggest shit-eating grin.
