(no subject)
So this is my first entry in a million+ years. I guess I just got too lazy to ever write in here but I think I'm gonna actually keep up with it this time. Maybe.
I've got an analytical essay on the mise-en-scene in Pi due on Thursday for my film class so I'm determined to do nothing but that and clean up my house today. It's gonna happen. Well, it has to or I'm fucked.
Life is pretty ok right now, I live alone but I'm fine with it. I've got my dog Becks to keep me company when nobody else is here which isn't all that often. I have visitors in and out all the time so it keeps me busy. School is actually going well. I've finally found some direction academically and it's kept me going all this semester. I hope it stays that way.
I'm going home on Friday which means I get to hang out with Kate! That also means that we're gonna get stoned and be dorks and go see the new Harry Potter movie. Yay! I'm really excited about going home for Thanksgiving because I'll get to see all my friends I haven't seen in a while and do stupid things in a stupid town that while I hate to admit it, I love so much. My mom is again planning some super secret way for she, my sister, and I to skip town on Thanksgiving and go to the beach or something. It won't happen though, we're always stuck doing our family duty and going to the McBrides. Eh.
On with the schoolwork. I need to watch Pi one more time and get some more details for my paper. Later.
