(no subject)
I'm rarely proud of/happy with what I write, which explains why a lot of the stuff here is usually deleted when I get tired of looking at it/feel like I've made my point to myself and get self-conscious about the whole wide Internet world knowing what I think.
Anyway! (normal entry coming up) Today as I was leaving for the library at Bugis, I saw this woman pull a black hardcover book out of her bag.
"The Bible?", I thought, "Pretty rare sight in public but I guess it's good of her to be reading it."
Turns out it wasn't the Bible, but Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (which I still haven't read yet) with the cover removed; I only realised when I peeked over her shoulder and saw the word "Gringotts".
Sigh. Well at least I managed to *finish* the KI Paper over the weekend; when I say *finish* I mean finish in the ready-to-show-Mr-Dio-and-ask-for-help way, not finish in the yo-Cambridge-mark-this! way. One down, one more to go. Supposed to meet Ms Wong for H3 Lit this Thursday which means I need to write a 3000-word paper (for which I have barely 3 pages of research on since it's such a bloody obscure topic) by Tuesday at the very latest so she'll have time to go through it.
