oh for crying out loud.
quick, somebody notify Consumer Reports. evidently if you question the quality of an American-made product, then you're un-American and have a hidden (read: sinister) agenda. they ought to know so they can automatically give American products the "very good" rating. on the plus side, they can save a whole bunch of time that they otherwise would have spent testing the product and actually evaluating it.
