"invitations"

target ivory, 50 (2): $50

wow. I put this into the budgeter (along with stuff already in there)and I have like $800 dollars left out of $10,000. before doing this, I had $1,012 left.

I was talking to Teresa and she mentioned some interesting things:
1. don't need to keep on staff for all six hours because food doesn't need to be out for all six hours.
2. I might not need a banquet captain. I forget why.

so, I was thinking...
what do you think about food disappearing after 3 hours, alcohol after 4-5, but leaving other beverages out till the end since we don't need "official people" for that? personally I'm an all-night casual nosher so I didn't even think about not having food out for the whole night, but really... would anyone miss food and be unhappy if it's been available for three hours, and three hours later it's goodbye time anyway?
it would definitely cut costs down.

anyhoo I started this post about five hours ago. I think it's time to be over now.
